At Lynn Hunter Fitness we appreciate that (unless your a professional athlete) training probably isn't the main priority in your life! we aim to help focus your training around your life and work commitments.
This doesn't mean that training with us comes without change. We want you to get fit and stay fit. Small changes to your diet and fitness routine can build habits that will pay dividends in the future.

About Lynn Hunter Fitness
Hello! And welcome to my website. I am Lynn Hunter and I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. With almost a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I have worked in a number of gym’s, as fitness manager for a UK wide fitness brand and finally on my own as Lynn Hunter Fitness.
My aim is to offer exactly what you need to meet your fitness goals, whatever they may be, in a safe and friendly environment. This means I will train you to your needs in a way that will have lasting results. I combine physical training with the correct nutritional advice to get the best from your efforts.
I have worked with and trained a massively diverse range of people and abilities in my career so far, from those just looking to increase their fitness, weight loss, pre-wedding, pre and post-natal, to runners, athlete’s and those looking to get back into fitness following injury.
I am fully insured and REPS (register of exercise professionals) certified. You can also find me occasionally teaching Les Mills and other classes throughout Fife! So come and say Hi!

If you want to train with a friend or join a larger group then this could be for you. These sessions can range from group personal training to classes such as kettlebells or circuits.
Get 1 on 1 personal training and nutritional advice. Home workouts, a bespoke training app and access to a persoanl trainer for help and advice outside of your scheduled sessions will help you reach those fitness goals.
