There are lots of ways to stay fit with a new baby, your daily routine is sometimes a workout in itself! Always try and involve your baby - it makes it fun for both of you.

 

Remember though the safety of both you and your baby is paramount - some of these exercises can only be attempted when your baby is old enough to sit up on their own.
